  This is a great workout. The staff is so friendly and upbeat. I always enjoy getting my workout on with this group. I highly recommend OTF and this location.

  Fun, fast paced and effective. At 44, I am stronger than I have ever been. Love the trainers and the atmosphere.

  The best workout! The classes are always different and challenge you each time. Great combo of cardio and weight training that targets different areas each class. You will see results! Mike, Lyndsay and Andre are all incredible coaches!

  Quick. Structured and a small group where you get a full body workout. It’s loud and fast and you hardly notice what others are doing because you are so engaged. Quickest 1 hour ever. Also I love how there are set times, scheduled all from an app. Easy breezy. Love OT!

  As a former marathon runner, soft sand long distance runner, and daily spin user, I needed a workout that was going to work multiple muscle groups. Orange Theory is amazing in accomplishing this goal. A bonus is that the instructors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was hooked after the first class.
